The Keypad Module makes it possible to enter officer, location, or incidents by number. It is most useful if you have a large number of any of these categories. Instead of mounting buttons at hundreds of rooms, you can enter the room location by number. Or, if you have more than twelve incidents or observations, you can enter these numerically.
The keypad is a set of twelve buttons, carried in a button wallet, with values 0 to 9, Enter and Clear. By touching the buttons in sequence (1 - 5 - 9 - Enter, for example) you can input data for room numbers, meter readings, or incidents or observations.
Note: If you already own Guard1 Plus, and you are purchasing the Keypad Module as an add-on, simply reactivate your software. There is no additional software installation required, and no CD will be sent to you.
