The Guard1 PrisonProof® Tracking Tag contains a proprietary 2.4 GHz radio transmitter and a battery, and transmits its unique ID once per second. Tag battery life is approximately two years, with no recharging required. The tag is washable and reusable with a rugged composite housing and epoxy sealed electronics. The Tag can be used with the heavy duty Guard1 PrisonProof® Wristband and Clasp or with any other 1" wristbands that may already be in use at your facility.
